A Dhaka court has sent jail to Moin Abdullah, son of former lawmaker Abul Hasnat Abdullah.
Dhaka Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ziadul Haque passed the order on Thursday (October 31) in a case filed over the killing of Juba Dal leader Shamim.
Police produced Moin before the court after the end of his five-day remand in the case and pleaded to keep him behind bars.
Moin was placed on five-day remand in the case on October 26. A team of Detective Branch (DB) police rounded up Moin from Gulshan-2 area earlier on that day.
