Time Digital News: At least one dengue patient died and 360 others were admitted to different hospitals across the country in 24 hours till 8:00am yesterday.

With this, the death toll from dengue rose to 33.

Among the death cases, 16 were in Cox's Bazar, three in Barishal, one in Chattogram and 13 in Dhaka, according to the Directorate General of Health Services.

With the 360 new patients the highest number of cases in a single day this year the total number of dengue cases this year jumped to 8,750.

A total of 1,128 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment, of whom 893 are from outside Dhaka.
