Time News Desk: The central leaders of Ganatantra Mancha on Wednesday protested against the recent attacks of ruling Awami League activists on the rallies of Bangladesh Nationalist Party and other opposition organisations across the country.
The leaders of the alliance at a meeting at Ganosamhati Andolan central office at Hatirpool in Dhaka expressed the concern and said that the law enforcers and the armed activists of the ruling party had been attacking the rallies of BNP and others opposition parties for the past few days across the country, which exposed the fascist character of Awami League.
The ruling party activists also attacked Ganatantra Mancha leader Abdul Alim Molla at Nagarpur in Tangail and Rastra Sanskar Andolan rally in Shreemangal and Mohammadpur recently.
But the attacks cannot stop the movements of Ganatantra Mancha, the leaders said.

Chaired by Ganosamhati Andolan chief coordinator Zonayed Saki, the meeting was attended, among others, by Nagorik Oikya president Mahmudur Rahman Manna, general secretary of Revolutionary Workers Party Saiful Huq, Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal- JSD executive general secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury, Bhashaini Onusari Parishad member secretary Habibur Rahman Riju, Gono Odhikar Parishad joint convener Muhammad Rashed Khan and central leader of Rastra Sanskar Andolan Habibur Rahman.
