Time Digital Report: Mustafizur Rahman Mustafa mayoral candidate of Jatiya Party came to vote in the Rangpur City Corporation (RCC) election while he has to wait for about 30 minutes to vote.

He came to Alamnagar Collegepara Govt Primary School Center at 8:50 am on Tuesday and waited for about 30 minutes due to malfunction in EVM, then voted around 9:21 am.

He called this situation as a 'failure' of the Election Commission (EC).

Mustafizur Rahman Mustafa came to vote at Alamnagar Collegepara Government Primary School Center with his family members and party leaders around 8:50 am.

He entered the polling booth at 8:55 am but came out after waiting for about 7 minutes. He again went to the polling booth and cast his vote at around 9:21 am.

"Voting has been delayed due to malfunction of EVM. I will talk to the returning officer. There are EVM faults in 2 polling booths in this polling station."Mustafizur Rahman Mostafa told reporters.

He accused everyone associated with the polling of 'neglect of responsibility'.
