Time Digital News: A throat-slit body of a woman has been rescued from a hotel in the capital’s Panthapath.

The deceased is Jannatul Naim Siddique, 27, a newly-passed MBBS from Community Medical College Hospital, Moghbazar. Now, She is doing a course on gynecology at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Officer-in-Charge of Kalabagan Thana Saiful Islam confirmed this on Thursday morning.

He said a Rezaul and Jannatul Naim Siddique rent a room of Family Service Apartment. Later, being informed by hotel authority, police recovered the body, which has injury marks. The body has been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.

After the incident, Rezaul has gone missing, the OC added.
