Time News Desk: If the housing problem of the poor in Baufal is solved, then the goal of economics development of the area will be achieved smoothly, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City South secretary and central working commitee member Dr Shafiqul Islam Masud said.

Besides, it will make it easier for the indigent youth to use bicycles as a means of transportation in case of emergency, he pointed out.

A happy and prosperous society can be built through the overall improvement of the quality of life and the establishment of all just civil rights through positive change in the socio-economic condition of the people of the society, he says.

He was speaking as the chief guest at two separate function organized by Baufal Development Forum-Foundation and Jamaat-e-Islami Baufal Upazila at a Eid-Reunion program.

Leaders of various levels of Jamaat Baufal Upazila local including Baufal Upazila leaders of Chhatra Shibir, dignitaries of the area and a large number of people were present in those programs.

His party members continue all efforts for the welfare of the people of Baufal with that dream, Dr Masud added.
