Time Digital News: A schoolboy was killed in a road accident in Dhaka on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Ali Hossain, 17, a Class IX student of Government Science College in Farmgate area in Dhaka.

Dhaka Medical College and Hospital police outpost in-charge Bachchu Miah, quoting witnesses, said that Ali was run over by an unidentified car in front of BG Press in Tejgaon at about 7:00am while going to school.

He was taken to a nearby hospital and they referred him to DMCH where doctors declared him dead on arrival, he added.
