The price of top-quality 22-carat gold has been reduced by Tk 1,365 per bhori.
This means each carat of top-quality gold will now cost Tk 142,161, the Bangladesh Jewellers Association (BAJUS) said in a statement on Monday (November 4).
The new prices will be effective from November 5.
The price of pure gold has dropped in the local market, leading to a new price based on the overall situation.
