The number of advisers to the interim government is increasing. Five new advisors will be added. The number of advisors will be 22.

This information was revealed by the Cabinet Department on Thursday.

According to sources, it has been decided to increase the number of advisors of the interim government. Tomorrow Friday, 5 more new advisors are going to take responsibility. Their identity is yet to be confirmed.

According to the President's daily programme, the swearing-in of the new advisers will be held at Bangabhaban on Friday (August 16) at 4 pm. President Md. Sahabuddin will read their oath. Chief advisor. Muhammad Yunus and other advisers will be present.

Earlier, 17 advisers of the interim government took oath in three stages. Among them, the chief adviser took oath on August 8. 14 advisers including Muhammad Yunus. The three advisors did not take oath that day as they were out of Dhaka and the country.

The cabinet department issued a notification allotting the offices of the chief adviser and other advisers on Friday.

Later on August 11 adviser Supradeep Chakma and Bidhan Ranjan Roy took oath and on August 13 another adviser Farooq-e-Azam took oath.

Incidentally, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and left the country on the day of the 'March to Dhaka' program of the anti-discrimination student movement on August 5. Then the twelfth national parliament was dissolved. An interim government was formed.
