Paid tribute to Bangabandhu’s portrait at Dhanmondi 32
Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader termed the BNP as an anti-freedom terrorist evil force and said that all such evil forces including the BNP will be resisted.
He said this after paying tribute to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 on the occasion of the historic Mujibnagar Day on Wednesday.
Obaidul Quader said: "We will defeat those who stand in the way of consolidating our victory. Let's take our struggle forward.
Earlier, Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina paid tribute to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on the occasion of the historic Mujibnagar Day.
After that, leaders and activists of Awami League's affiliates and fraternal organizations paid tribute to Bangabandhu's portrait.
Central leaders of the Awami League were present at this time.
