44th BCS viva date partially changed

Some 1,710 officers will be recruited into various cadres
Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has partially changed the dates and times of the viva for the 44th BCS General Cadre Candidates.
The commission announced the new dates in a notification on Saturday.
The notification says the dates for the viva of candidates who passed the written exam for the general cadre of the 44th BCS have been partially rescheduled.
According to the new schedule, the viva will be conducted at the main office of the BPSC from July 9. Exams will be conducted for 150 candidates each day from July 9 to August 4, and on the last day, August 5, exams will be held for 46 candidates.
On April 30, the BPSC published the dates and schedule for the viva of the 44th BCS, initially planned to be held from May 8 to July 31.
The notification says 1,710 officers will be recruited into various cadres.
This includes 250 in the administrative cadre, 50 in the police cadre, 10 in the foreign affairs cadre, 14 in the ansar cadre, 30 in the audit and accounts cadre, 11 in the tax cadre, 8 in the cooperative cadre, 7 in the railway transport and commercial cadre, 10 in the information cadre, 23 in the postal cadre, 6 in the commerce cadre, 27 in the family planning cadre, 3 in the food cadre, 485 in the technical cadre, and 776 in the education cadre.
