‘Election Commission working with utmost impartiality, integrity’

Election Commissioner Begum Rasheda Sultana on Sunday said as the election, held on January 7, was transparent, it was welcomed by all parties.

"The 12th parliamentary election was held accordingly and impartially, and it has taken the Election Commission to a new height. The Election Commission will not move away from this position, rather the Commission will be in a more transparent and strong position in any future elections," she said during a view-exchange meeting at the Naogaon Deputy Commissioner's conference room in the afternoon.
