Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and members of her new cabinet paid tribute to the portrait of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, followed by Cabinet members, paid respect to Bangabandhu's portrait at Dhanmondi-32 at 10am on Friday.
Then they paid floral tributes at Savar National Memorial at 11am.
