Quader: New game will be played against terrorism, corruption

‘Election game is over’
Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader on Wednesday said that as the election game is over, now there will be a new game against communalism, militancy-terrorism, and corruption.
He said this at the party’s rally marking the homecoming day of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the historic Suhrawardy Udyan.
Obaidul Quader commented that all the programs of BNP are shams.
“BNP is a fake party. Their movement is false.… Their program is fake. Their 28-point demands are fake. One-point movement is fake. Their Biden advisor is false. Their leader Tareque is a real bogus. Their leader calls from London, no one listens to him. BNP's present is fake and they have no future. There is only darkness,” said the ruling party’s leader.
Leaders and activists of the Awami League held a rally at the Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on Wednesday afternoon.
It is the first public rally of the Awami League since the party secured victory in the January 7 national election.
Hundreds of Awami League leaders and activists attended the rally at the Suhrawardy Udyan to commemorate the historic homecoming day of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Supporters from various parts of Dhaka and the surrounding districts arrived on Wednesday morning which created a festive atmosphere.
