Aman Azmi's statement is his personal : Mia Golam Parwar

The Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former Member of Parliament, Professor Mia Golam Parwar, has clarified that the statement made by former Brigadier General Abdullahil Aman Azmi, published in various national dailies and online news portals, is his personal opinion. Jamaat-e-Islami bears no responsibility for his remarks.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Professor Parwar emphasized that Brigadier General Azmi has no formal affiliation or organizational ties with Jamaat-e-Islami, stating, "Former Brigadier General Abdullahil Aman Azmi is not associated with Jamaat-e-Islami, nor does he represent the organization. His recent statement is strictly personal, and there is no basis for associating it with Jamaat-e-Islami."

Professor Parwar urged the media and public not to spread confusion regarding Jamaat-e-Islami based on the statements made by individuals unaffiliated with the party. He called on all concerned to take note of this clarification.
