Shihab Shaheen’s ‘Golam Mamun’ trailer revealed

Trailer for "Golam Mamun," starring actor, Ziaul Faruq Apurba was unveiled by Hoichoi on June 2. The series is directed by Shihab Shaheen and will stream exclusively on hoichoi.

The series heralds Ziaul Faruq Apurba's return to hoichoi, following his acclaimed portrayal in "Buker Moddhye Agun." The introduction of Golam Mamun's character in "Buker Moddhye Agun" elicited an overwhelmingly positive response from viewers, propelling it to the zenith of popularity in Bangladesh.

The opening drone shot of the trailer sets the tone for the dark underbelly of Dhaka, where "Golam Mamun" follows a renowned police officer racing against time to clear his name amid a series of brutal murders. The plot plunges into chaos as Golam Mamun, in search of an elusive address at midnight, is ambushed by a mysterious assailant in an eerie apartment. Overpowered and drugged, he wakes up in a park, haunted by the unresolved murder of his brother-in-law, a case that continues to tarnish his reputation.

Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Sabila Nur make their debut collaboration in this series, promising an exciting dynamic between the two talented actors. Additionally, the cast includes Fakhrul Bashar Masum, Sharlin Farzana, Sharif Siraj, Nazmus Sakib, Nafiz, Rashed Mamun, Sushoma Sarker, and Deepak Kumar Goswami, adding further depth to the ensemble and ensuring a captivating viewing experience.
