Public Security Division Secretary Jahangir Alam sent on compulsory retirement

Md Jahangir Alam, senior secretary to the Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been sent on compulsory retirement.

A notification signed by Deputy Secretary of Public Administration Ministry Md Alamgir Kabir was issued on Wednesday.

According to the notification, Md Jahangir Alam was sent on retirement under Section 45 of the Government Service Retirement Act 2018 as he completed 25 years of service and the government considers it necessary in the public interest.
