PM Sheikh Hasina to preside over meeting
The first cabinet meeting of the new government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled for Monday.
The meeting would take place at the Prime Minister's Office in Tejgaon at 10am, Public Administration Minister Farhad Hossain confirmed on Sunday.
According to sources familiar with the matter, the exchange of greetings will be the focus of the meeting presided over by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
On January 11, Bangladesh saw the formation of a new government with Sheikh Hasina as prime minister. Apart from her, there are 25 ministers and 11 state ministers in the cabinet.
