Other parts of Bangladesh to see dry weather
The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has forecasted rain or thundershowers at a few places over the Khulna division and one or two places over the Dhaka division.
According to the BMD's 9am bulletin on Tuesday, most parts of the country are expected to experience mainly dry weather with partly cloudy skies.
On the other hand, moderate to thick fog may occur over the river basins and light to moderate fog elsewhere across Bangladesh.
Due to this, inland river transport may be disrupted temporarily.
Meanwhile, a mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the Rangpur division and the districts of Gopalgonj, Naogaon, Moulvibazar and Feni and it may abate from some places.
Tuesday’s lowest temperature was recorded at 7.6°C in Tetulia and the highest temperature was recorded at 27.5°C in Sitakunda.
