Netflix has announced that the film will be available in three languages - Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. With this announcement, Netflix India wrote, "Double the fury. Double the destruction. Are you ready for war? Watch 'War 2', coming to Netflix on October 9."
The announcement has been met with mixed reactions from viewers, with some expressing disappointment with laughing emojis, while others expressed their eagerness to watch the film at home.
War 2, the sequel to Siddharth Anand's 2019 blockbuster War, starred Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles. Hrithik Roshan reprises his role as Kabir, while Junior NTR and Kiara Advani are new to the spy universe as Vikram and Kabya, respectively.
