Hrithik shared this feeling in a post on social media. He wrote, "Playing the lead character 'Kabir' in War 2 felt quite easy for him. And this character was very familiar to him; so he thought the job would be easy."
Hrithik said, however, that within this ease, there was an inner unease that he ignored. He said that perhaps he felt a lack of artistic challenge, which is usually the case with his other films.

'War 2' was directed by Ayan Mukerji. The budget of the movie was around Rs 400 crore. But after its release, it earned only Rs 364 crore worldwide.
However, the first installment of this movie, 'War', released in 2019, was a huge success at the box office. However, the sequel did not receive much response.
