Ghee - 1 tablespoon

Cashews - 10-12

Raisins - 2 tablespoons

Pistachios - 2 tablespoons

Almonds - 1 tablespoon

Ghee - 2 tablespoons.

How to make

Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour. Then blend it with the soaked rice in a blender for 3-4 seconds. Do not make it completely smooth, there should be some grains. Now add milk to a thick bottomed vessel and keep stirring on medium heat. After it boils, add the blended rice and keep stirring.

Heat ghee in another pan and fry cashews, pistachios, almonds and raisins for 2-3 minutes on low to medium heat and keep aside. Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee and sugar to the same pan. When the sugar caramelizes and turns golden brown, mix it with the kheer. Reduce the heat and stir quickly. When it is well mixed, remove from heat and serve with raisins and almonds.
