The school was founded by a group of socially and morally committed individuals, including Admiral Farid Habib (Retd.), Prof. Dr. Afzalur Rahman (renowned cardiologist), Brig. General AKM Shafiul Mowla (Retd.), and Prof. Dr. Khawaja Moinuddin Ahmed (Pro Vice Chancellor of Green University), along with several other respected members of society. Their collective vision was to establish an institution that would nurture and unleash the creative potential of young minds with strong moral grounding.

In line with this mission, HIS recently organized a vibrant cultural and creative festival that brought joy to students and nostalgia to parents. Children enjoyed riding horses and horse-drawn carriages an experience rarely seen in modern urban life while also participating in a colorful art competition at RUAP, Shaheed Minar. Parents were delighted to watch their children express themselves freely and enjoy a day filled with excitement and learning.

The event was skillfully coordinated by Mrs. Razia, the school’s coordinator, along with a team of dedicated and enthusiastic teachers. The Chairman and Managing Director of the school extended heartfelt appreciation to all teachers, administrative staff, support personnel, and parents for their contribution to making the program a success.

Harvest International School is committed to offering education rooted in Islamic values while following the Cambridge curriculum. The school is also nurturing spiritual excellence: 24 students are currently memorizing the Qur’an under the guidance of distinguished Qaris.

With its unique blend of moral, spiritual, and academic development, HIS aims to stand out as a model educational institution for future generations.
