What you need for marinating

Beef - 250 grams

Ginger paste - half a teaspoon

Garlic paste - half a teaspoon

Black pepper powder - half a teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Egg- 1

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Cornflour - 1 tablespoon

Oil for frying - as needed.

What you need for cooking

Garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon

Grated ginger - 1 tablespoon

Green chilies - 7-8

Onion, chopped into large pieces - 1 cup

Capsicum - 1

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Cornflour - 1 tablespoon

Sugar - half a teaspoon

Hot water - 2 cups.

How to make

Cut the meat into thin and slightly long pieces and wash it well. Then mix it with all the spices and marinate it for 20 minutes. Then deep fry it in oil on medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add two tablespoons of oil to a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger and stir. Then add green chilies and onions and stir a little more and add the fried meat. Stir for a while and add two cups of hot water. Then add enough salt and stir well and cook.

Once cooked, cook with capsicum for a while. Then add cornflour. When the broth thickens, add sugar and stir to reduce. Now serve chili onion with fried rice, pulao, paratha or naan bread.
