Deputy Press Secretary to the Chief Advisor, Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, confirmed the information on Wednesday (November 12) night.

Sources indicate that in his speech, the Chief Advisor may announce decisions regarding the implementation of the July National Charter and various reform proposals. He is also expected to provide guidance concerning the upcoming referendum.
