How to make
Boil the potatoes and peel them. Carefully hollow out the inside of the potato so that the filling can be filled in. Now in a bowl, make a thick filling by mixing cheese, cashew nuts, poppy seeds, tomato paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, sugar and drained sour curd. Fill the filling well inside the potato.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the potato filling by adding cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon. Then grind the spices, add water and salt, add the potato fillings to the gravy, cover and cook for a while. When the potatoes become soft and the gravy thickens, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top and serve hot.
