What you need to make
Sugar (for caramel) - 1 cup
Water- 1/4 cup
Milk- 4 cups
Sugar (for pudding) - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1
Semolina - 3/4 cup
Yellow food color - a little
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon.
How to make
Mix 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a pan.
Cook on medium heat until the sugar starts to change color. Once the color changes, reduce the heat. Once it becomes a tea liqueur color, remove from the stove. Now pour the caramel into the pudding mold.
In another pan, mix 4 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of sugar well. Boil the milk and add a pinch of salt, cardamom seeds, cinnamon and food coloring to it. Then slowly pour the semolina into it. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add vanilla essence. When it thickens, lower the heat and pour it into the pudding mold and let it cool. When it reaches normal temperature, invert the mold and take out the pudding. If you want, you can refrigerate it and eat the delicious semolina pudding.
