Cauliflower - 1

Potatoes - 2

Sourdough - 200 grams

Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon

Onion - 2

Salt - to taste

Chili powder - 1 tablespoon

Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon

Mustard oil - as needed

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Dried chilies - 2.

How to make

Fry the potato and cauliflower pieces. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add whole cumin seeds and dry chilies. When the dal is lightly fried, mix turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder with a little water. Then beat the curd. Add salt and sugar. Now add the potato and cauliflower and mash it well. When it is mashable, add a little water. When the water dries up, drain it. Now serve it with hot pulao, rice, khichdi, roti or paratha.
