He made the call while addressing a view-sharing meeting with prominent figures on the country’s overall development, progress, and the responsibilities ahead of the national polls. The event was held on Sunday night at Hotel Central Inn in Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Md. Abdur Rashid, Convener of the Koyra-Paikgacha Development Forum, Dhaka. Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, member of the central working committee and MP candidate for the Khulna-6 (Paikgacha–Koyra) constituency, attended as the special guest.
In his speech, Golam Parwar expressed optimism that the people of Paikgacha–Koyra will once again ensure victory for the scales’ candidate, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, in the upcoming election.
Dr. Ali Afzal, Managing Director of Krishibid Group, and Masudur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, also addressed the gathering.
Others present included Development Forum Member Secretary Muhtaram Billah, Executive Committee members Mustafa Al Madani, Mohammad Forkan Ali, G.M. Abdullah Al Mamun, Yasin Arafat, and Abdullah Al Mamun, along with leaders from various levels of the organization.
The program was conducted by Executive Committee member Md. Masum Billah. A large number of people from different classes and professions of the Koyra–Paikgacha area took part in the exchange of views.
