State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid on Sunday urged all relevant officials to discharge their duties responsibly to ensure uninterrupted power and energy supply.
“The challenges in energy and electricity sectors will increase in the global context. If we work skillfully and sincerely, we can face all challenges and make the future better,” he said during a discussion with officials of the Power Division and the Energy and Mineral Resources Division.
He said: “Customer satisfaction is our main goal. Work sincerely from your position to ensure customer satisfaction.”
The state minister added: “Work of gas exploration and deep drilling need to be done urgently. Dynamic pricing will be introduced. Decisions must be made quickly to adapt to changes.”
At this time, he instructed both divisions to quickly prepare a 100-day plan.
