The information was confirmed by Md. Ashadul Haque, Assistant Director (Public Relations) and Alternative Information Officer of the EC Secretariat, on Saturday (November 15).
According to Ashadul Haque, a meeting will be held with the Bangladesh Labor Party, Bangladesh Cultural Liberation Front, Bangladesh National Awami Party, Bikalpadhara Bangladesh, Bangladesh Kalyan Party, and Bangladesh Muslim League (BML) from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on Monday.
Later that day, from 2 pm to 4 pm, the EC will hold a dialogue with Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party), Bangladesh Development Party, Bangladesh Islamic Front, Khelafat Majlis, and Jatiya Ganatantrik Party (JAGPA).
On Sunday (November 16), the EC will engage in discussions with Gono Forum, Gano Front, Islamic Front Bangladesh, Islami Oikya Jote, Bangladesh Supreme Party (BSP), and Bangladesh Jatiya Party from 10 am to 12 noon.
Additionally, the public relations wing of the EC stated that a dialogue with Bangladesh Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD), Bangladesh National Awami Party (NAP), Trinamool BNP, Krishak Sramik Janata League, Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish, and Islami Andolan Bangladesh is scheduled from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sunday.
These dialogues are part of the Election Commission’s effort to gather opinions and foster an inclusive electoral process ahead of the next national polls.
