He said, Bangladesh is a country of 92% Muslims. The way to practice Islam personally is narrowing. Now even in Tafseer Mahfils, Haq cannot be spoken properly. Recently, instructions have been issued to the administration to supervise the mahfils. He expressed apprehension that this may create an unexpected environment.
Ameer Jamaat said, we have lost our rights in all aspects. Those youths who are 24/25 years old, could not see what voting is all about. But they will be the builders of the country in the future. He said, according to newspaper reports, 75000 crore taka has been taken in the name of loan from a top local bank through fraud. This is not possible to be realized. This work has been done by those who have assumed the role of robbers and become the victims of banks. He mentioned that the ACC is saying that a student leader of the ruling class has smuggled Tk 2000 crore. So what about the rest? He said, they smuggled thousands of crores of rupees abroad through corruption and looting. But not only will the traffickers take responsibility for this. The people of the country will have to bear the responsibility of this, starting from the children today. Now there is no dollar to open LC. Who is responsible? Basically, he mentioned that this country has been turned into a state of failed economy.
He said, there is no trial in the court. Due to extortion, people are not able to make arrangements. Characterization of female students has been organized in educational institutions. In the two leading women's colleges of the country, such atrocious activities have taken place under the umbrella of the government party leaders and activists. He said, the country cannot run like this. The leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami cannot sit in this state of the country. He respectfully remembered the martyred leaders including late Prof. Ghulam Azam, martyred Maulana Matiur Rahman Nizami, late Maqbool Ahmed and sought everyone's cooperation to carry forward the work left by them. Emphasizing on making use of every moment in the coming days, he said, not personal agenda, we have to fulfill our responsibilities sensibly. No illusion of the world is important to us. Martyred leaders have shown us that with their life blood. In the ongoing movement, we will not go beyond the guide line given by Allah. Trusting in God from within, I will enter the field, then victory will surely come. Quran says that.
Maulana ATM Masum said that in order to deal with the dictatorial forces, we must work for the deprived people. Besides, the organization should be organized at the grass root level. We hope that this long path of oppression will end. So we have to be in the forefront to fulfill the expectations of the people, to fulfill the demands.
Nurul Islam Bulbul urged the grassroots to play a role in gaining mass support and said that the invitation of Islam should be delivered to every house in the metropolis. People of every profession should be brought under the shade of Islam.
